Tappy-tap-tap is what Quinn from BlondieHacks.com says every time she puts something in a mill and “squares it up” with a machinists hammer. So, she’ll put in her stock and in order to get it in the vice square she taps it and says “tappy-tap-tap.” Don’t know if AvE is making fun or not, but it is hard for me to imagine she’s a huge fan of the dick jokes.
I believe it was first popularized as a phrase in the movie Happy Gilmore
