A generic term used to describe any bargain purveyor of cheap Chinese tools, be it Hazzard Fraught (Harbor Freight) or Princess Auto (Canadian equivalent of HFT, makers of Power Fist tools) which are distinguishable by their poor quality and/or tendency towards toxic, “off-gassing”.
Used in a sentence: Honey, I’m gonna drive on down to Chairman Mao’s Dollarama and pick up a Power Fister wire welder, be back soon, keep your err dick in a vice.
